Rental Policies

    • NORMAL DELIVERY SERVICE  is available for all orders, includes delivery/ pick up by one truck, from 8 AM to 4PM Monday through Saturday.
    • AFTER HOURS delivery/ pick up must be arranged in ADVANCE for AVAILABILITY and additional pricing.
    • Normal Delivery Charges: describes a tailgate delivery to ground level, 50ft from the truck. Deliveries outside normal hours(above), on beaches, up stairs or elevators, to multiple locations, over walls or excessive distance from the truck, etc must be arranged in ADVANCE.
    • RESERVATIONS for rentals are accepted “first come first serve. A minimum 25% deposit is required at that time and no reservation is confirmed until the Reservation Deposit is received. The balance of the reservation is due No Later Then (14) fourteen business days prior to the “event date”. All deposits are refundable “on or before” (30) thirty days prior to the “event date” minus a 10% handling fee. CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing or via e-mail. Deposits will not be refunded inside the (30) thirty days of the “event date”.
    • SET UP is included on all tents, flooring and stage rentals. Tables, chairs and other rentals will be stacked in a mutually convenient location on delivery and be restacked and ready for pick up in the same location. Set up for tables and chairs must be arranged in ADVANCE for AVAILABILITY and additional pricing.
    • Customer is responsible for all rental items the entire time they are in the customer’s possession.  Charges will be assessed for broken or missing items at time of return.
    • China, flatware, linens, glassware, food preparation equipment, etc must be returned rinsed and properly repacked or additional charges may be assessed.
